Hassan: IAS officer D Randeep who took charge as the Deputy Commissioner of Hassan from Rohini Sindhuri on April 18 has been transferred again according to the government orders issued on April 24.

IAS officer P C Jaffer has been posted as the new Deputy Commissioner of Hassan.

It might be reviewed that Randeep was in charge of the district almost a month after he had gotten his transfer order (i.e on March 7) as the then DC Rohini had acquired a stay on the transfer orders. He took charge on April 18 after the CAT seat, which was hearing the dispute between the state government and Rohini, while maintaining the state government’s transfer order.
