Ticket denial to Vijayendra, supporter ends life

Mysuru: A supporter of B Y Vijayendra allegedly committed suicide over ticket denial to his leader by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) high commands.
The deceased has been identified as Guruswamy alias Goolappa Tagaduru (32), a resident of Saraguru town in Varuna. He is a relative of BJP Zilla Panchayat member Sadanand and is said to be an active BJP worker for over a decade.
Goolappa was among the group of party activists that went berserk at Hullahalli Circle in Nanjangud after BJP denied party ticket to B Y Vijayendra.
Goolappa who was married recently leaves behind wife and a newborn child.
